Diya is an Honors BBA Candidate at Schulich School of Business, specializing in Finance and Marketing with over four years of experience in financial/data analysis, project management and market research. Diya manages the marketing department by developing and leading strategic marketing initiatives, demonstrating analytical skills and innovative thinking. Passionate about entrepreneurship, she brings a collaborative mindset, eager to make an impact in the venture capital sector.

Magnus will challenge your ideas and loves spending time in front of a whiteboard with founders. He previously co-founded Zalora, Asia’s largest fashion e-commerce company. It was later acquired by Global Fashion Group (GFG), where Magnus served as COO and Managing Director, rolling out the firm’s marketplace across 26 countries. 

Magnus is an alumnus of Harvard University and McKinsey & Company in which he worked for six years. His last role at McKinsey & Co was as a Junior Partner, working across North America, Europe and Asia in the global telecom, media and high-tech industries. 

Andrea will help you get in front of your next investor and help you to iterate your fintech idea. She has spent 17 years in the financial services industry, most recently at Goldman Sachs in the investment management division. Andrea heads up Antler's capital team and work with fundraising for both Antler's funds globally as well as supporting founders who are raising external capital. Before joining Goldman Sachs, Andrea spent over a decade at HSBC.

Martell is an investment partner based in London who sits on a number of Antler’s Investment Committees. Prior to Antler, he was co-founder and CEO at Lazada, Southeast Asia’s largest e-commerce company, acquired by Alibaba Group in 2016. He was also a Global Venture Development Manager at Rocket Internet, where he was involved in rolling out and scaling business models globally. Martell holds an MBA from INSEAD and has been recognised on Forbes 30 under 30 list.

Fridtjof oversees external activities across the firm globally and serves as a member on several of its investment committees. He is deeply committed to finding ways for founders to scale their ideas more effectively. Fridtjof obtained his MBA from Harvard Business School. He was previously in McKinsey & Company, where he focused his work on the retail, consumer goods and financial services industries across Northern and Central Europe. He was also part of the founding team for one of the leading digital health startups in the Nordics and led E-commerce at a Nordic footwear distributor startup. He is a Forbes 30 Under 30 honouree in Finance & Venture Capital.

Alan is a partner with Antler based out of Berlin. Alan brings extensive experience in building and scaling technology businesses. He was previously MD and Co-Founder at Westwing, a home & living e-commerce company, and one of Europe’s few e-commerce IPOs of the past years. Before Westwing, he built the software development hub at Rocket Internet, and was CEO of a SEA e-commerce company, along with working for a VC and starting his own company in Spain.

Dilan has spent close to a decade managing key investment decisions on behalf of her clients. She has played a pivotal role in various acquisitions, exits, mergers, add-ons, and financings for some of the biggest corporations in the world. Dilan is based in Hong Kong, working on Antler’s international expansion. Dilan is an active board member at start-ups and later-stage companies, an investor in and advisor to Web3 companies.

Rajiv is a Partner in the Antler Bangalore office. He co-founded Urban Ladder (UL), India's top omni-channel furniture brand. Over ~8 years, UL raised over $100Mn in venture capital from top Indian VCs and changed the way Indians shop for furniture online. Prior to Urban Ladder, he served as a Senior Product Manager with Yahoo. He has been featured on GQ Influential Young Indians and repeatedly on the Fortune 40 Under 40 India list. Rajiv loves working with early-stage entrepreneurs on product, culture and brand to build scalable companies.

Vegard’s passion is helping founders identify and solve large problems and design business models for scalability. He also leads our international expansion to bring Antler to founders in new geographies. Previously, he spent six years in McKinsey where he led teams of data scientists and consultants to solve complex problems in energy and infrastructure. Vegard holds a MSc. in Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.

Ed has had a multi decade career in European banking and capital markets, most recently working at Goldman Sachs for 14 years where he was a partner in the equities division. Based in London, he works on Antler's capital strategy and fund structuring globally.

Bede was the Founding Managing Partner of Antler Australia and is now the firm's Chief Commercial Officer. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in starting and scaling technology led digital businesses. Before Antler, Bede was the CEO of Sydney’s peak technology industry body, TechSydney, and prior to this he was the co-founder and managing director of Indonesia’s largest ecommerce site, Lazada, which was acquired by Alibaba in 2017 for US$3.5 billion.

KC is a serial entrepreneur and seasoned VC investor. He is the co-founder and former General Partner of Northzone Ventures—among their seed investments during his tenure are Spotify, Stepstone, and Mas Movii, in addition to 50+ other tech and software companies. Northzone has become one of the leading European VCs backing many of the most successful startups in the region. KC is also the co-founder and former CEO of Hugin AS, and he has co-founded and chaired startup incubators StartupLab, Aleap, ShareLab, and the seed fund Founders Fund. As Antler's Chief Investment Officer, KC oversees investment processes and activities in Antler supporting our investments across all our funds.

As Co-founder and Managing Partner Asia, Jussi works with a global team dedicated to building the most defining technology companies of tomorrow. Jussi leads Antler’s investments in the APAC region and supports founders in building and scaling their businesses, especially with growth and fundraising. He has over a decade of experience across different industries at Nokia, McKinsey, Deloitte and Morgan Stanley.
