Your Journey Begins
If you’re committed to building a startup, join us for an immersive 5-10 week residency at our office in Jakarta. During this time, you’ll collaborate with experienced mentors, refine your business idea, and build alongside other driven founders. Whether you’re starting from scratch or scaling your existing venture, our residency equips you with the resources, network, and guidance to accelerate your growth.


Get Funded
Maximizing your success–from being your earliest backer to a long-term capital partner who provides follow-on funding and access to top VCs.
1. Initial Investment
If your startup passes our investment committee, we will invest $125,000 for 10% of your company via a SAFE agreement. This initial capital empowers you to build your product, attract early customers, and prepare for your next funding round.
2. Follow-on Funding (Next 9 Months)
As you raise capital from external institutional investors, we will match 50% of the amount raised, up to $250,000, at the latest valuation.
Example: If you raise $500,000 externally, we’ll invest an additional $250,000, bringing your total early-stage funding to $875,000 ($125,000 initial + $500,000 external + $250,000 matching).
This matching mechanism accelerates your growth while keeping terms founder-friendly.
3. Growth-stage Funding (Series A to C)
• Access our global network of investors through Antler’s Portfolio Showcase.
• Potential investment of up to $10 million to fuel your growth through Series C.
• Ongoing support to refine your strategy and prepare for future fundraising

Yes, even if you have an existing team or have already raised some funding, Antler can help accelerate your growth. We provide additional capital, strategic mentorship, and access to our global network of investors and industry experts to help you scale faster and reach your next milestones more efficiently.
Yes, we encourage founders to join our residency program in Jakarta for a period of 5 to 10 weeks. It provides invaluable in-person access to mentorship, networking, and collaborative sessions with other founders. Being physically present also ensures you can fully engage with Antler’s resources and community.
If you're a team of founders already working on your startup, the residency provides a focused period to refine your business model and accelerate growth. During this time, you'll concentrate intensively on building, iterating, and scaling in a collaborative environment that drives rapid progress. The residency experience is structured to maximize your startup's potential through hands-on support, high-value connections, and the critical resources needed to fast-track your success.

As Co-founder and Managing Partner Asia, Jussi works with a global team dedicated to building the most defining technology companies of tomorrow. Jussi leads Antler’s investments in the APAC region and supports founders in building and scaling their businesses, especially with growth and fundraising. He has over a decade of experience across different industries at Nokia, McKinsey, Deloitte and Morgan Stanley.

Agung brings over a decade of entrepreneurial and venture capital experience. Prior to Antler, he was the Co-founder and CEO of Warung Pintar, the largest B2B e-commerce platform in the country, empowering over half a million traditional retailers. Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Agung actively engaged with the tech startup community, working as an investment associate at East Ventures and running incubator programs at the Global Entrepreneurship Program Indonesia (GEPI). He obtained his bachelor's and master's degrees from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), and his accomplishments were recognized when he was honored as one of Forbes' 30 Under 30 Asia in 2019.

Markus is a Partner at Antler sharing the overall responsibility for Antler’s operations in Southeast Asia. Markus has worked with technology ventures in SEA for nearly a decade. Prior to Antler, Markus was in Venture Development Roles at Zalora and Global Fashion Group (GFG) based in Indonesia, Philippines and Singapore. He holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland.

Kanta is a Senior Director at Antler Indonesia where he contributes to enable exceptional entrepreneurs in Indonesia to build successful companies. Prior to Antler, he was a cofounder of Kotoko (Antler-backed omnichannel retail startup), Country Manager for Luno Indonesia, Operations & Business Improvement Manager at Grab, Management Consultant at Arghajata and Financial Analyst at CIMB Niaga.

Katya is a Portfolio Associate at Antler, where she is responsible for supporting portfolio companies throughout their building and fundraising processes.
6 years of experience in the media and lifestyle industry, working on branding and campaigns for clients like Hypebeast, Grab, Potato Head, etc.
Prior to joining Antler she co-founded the community-centred food experience company, Lazy Susan.

Olivia is responsible for executing scouting efforts to find the best founders in Indonesia.
She began her career supporting OVO and Hangry's Corporate Finance teams, helping raise over $30M and closing an M&A deal. She later joined Capria Ventures, a US-based VC, where she sourced early-stage companies and supported the end-to-end investment process.
Drawing on her prior experience, Olivia leads marketing initiatives marketing initiatives that strengthen Antler's connections to the broader VC and startup ecosystem.

Dycinta Fedianka is a Program Analyst at Antler. A final year Business Information Systems student at BINUS International University, Dycinta has a foundation in data analysis and business process optimization.
Through her previous role as Program Intern at Antler and Public Relations at Google Developer Student Clubs, she has developed skills in project management, process optimization and digital platform management.
Passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation, she contributes to program operations, founder support, and data-driven decision-making to support Antler’s mission of empowering startups.

Zahra is a Finance & Accounting Associate at Antler Indonesia where she supports Antler’s financial matter and bookkeeping process.
Prior to Antler, Zahra was the Accounting Supervisor of Sicepat Ekspress Indonesia - One of the Logistics leading startup in Indonesia, Ivosigts - Customer engagement solutions startup as a Finance, Accounting and Tax Supervisor and Arghajata Consulting.
Her experience immerses in startup companies to help their first financial and bookkeeping strategy.

Keith heads the Finance function in Antler Southeast Asia and is in charge of the financial and tax reporting and compliance of the SEA fund and the local Antler entity. He has more than 20 years of working experience in both the public and private sectors covering industries from real estate, sports, defence and research. Prior to joining Antler, he spent 13 years with a multi-national real estate company which specializes in fund and asset management, real estate development and resort operations.

Audrey supports the financial operations of South East Asia as a financial Associate. She has an understanding of financial systems that stem further than the basics, previously working first hand on finances in Singapore’s hospitality industry. Audrey is also currently pursuing her ACCA studies to gain her Chartered Certified Accountant qualification. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and Financial Management.
