What Tobias can talk about

How to get the first 1,000 customers for consumer startups: more leisure or more pleasure. Some of the biggest companies in the world started by simply delighting users. Get billions of people to love your product first, and monetization takes care of itself. Ads become the obvious next step once you own people’s attention
"Stealth Mafias": The untold story of "failed" startups is that they aren’t really failures. When a company folds or downsizes, the headlines treat it like a dead end. But in reality, it’s more like a branching point. The talent these startups have assembled doesn’t just disappear, it disperses. Some go on to start companies of their own, others join early teams at new startups. A compounding effect that keeps the startup ecosystem alive.
The opportunity for early-stage startups in the Nordics. AI is making it cheaper than ever to build and scale, talent is migrating, startups are being forced to run lean, which makes them more disciplined. And big, profit-focused incumbents are sitting still, leaving gaps for startups.
