This is a senior role that comes with a high level of responsibility and autonomy; you will be a highly trusted internal and external advisor, especially to some of the highest-potential founders in India. The role will report directly to, and work very closely with the founding Partners at Antler India. In terms of progression, it is expected that a high performer will grow into a Partner/CFO role within a few years. While the ideal candidate will be able to recruit and build an in-house team over time, we anticipate that a major part of the role will still involve coordination with third-party advisors and vendors (in areas such as fund administration, custody and trusteeship, fund accounting, audit and valuation, KYC, compliance, outsourced CFOs for startups, etc.). Hence, excellent communication and people management skills will be critical for success.

We are looking for an exceptional individual who will help build Antler operations in Continental Europe, where Antler has ambitions to invest into hundreds of companies in the region over the next few years.

In this highly operational role, you will support founders from day zero in all areas of pre and post-investment, including originating for the best founders in the region, completing due diligence on teams and providing hands-on support to our portfolio companies (fundraising, grow, and exit) that Antler invests in. 
Alongside creating better systems, processes, and tools, the role also includes supporting the operations of the Antler residency and the growth of Antler’s footprint in Continental Europe. 

The Head of Founder Experience & Community will be responsible for creating and continuously delivering the best possible founder journeys at Antler. You will ensure every founder interaction, from the first conversation through their residency and beyond, is frictionless and inspiring. The role bridges operational excellence with a deep understanding of founder needs, creating an exceptional and scalable experience for all founders. You will manage a team of 2-3 founder experience & community associates across offices in Continental Europe.
